Two sounds of note that do not appear in Latin are that of \u03c7, which I have rendered as an &#8216;h&#8217;, and should be pronounced as the &#8220;ch&#8221; in Bach and\/or the &#8216;ch&#8221; in &#8220;Chanukah&#8221; (a voiceless uvular fricative). The other is \u03b3, which I have rendered as a &#8216;y&#8217;; it is properly pronounced as a sound halfway between &#8216;y&#8217; and &#8216;g&#8217;, in the back of the throat (a voiced velar fricative). For the purposes of this piece, &#8216;y&#8217; is adequate.
